-the room had a weird smell in the bathroom.-sound proofing is bad.-the place is kinda far from everything.

Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel wasn’t very good. Most things felt old and not well maintained, and overall the stay did not meet my expectations. However, the bed was surprisingly comfortable, which was the only positive part of my stay.

No supermarkets or restaurants around. Doesn't deserve to be a 5 star since there are no facilities like Spa or Heated pool or leisure games. Repetitive boring breakfast

It was fresh clean. They have changed the towels every day, upon request and provide bottled water.The location was nice and calm. The hotel itself was overbooked, but there was no crowd. The pool was super, with clean and cool water.

The internet was not working in the first day in our room, as it was in the 7th floor, but the next day they fixed it.The coffe at the bar, as well as at the restaurant was awful, they have a good coffee machine, but the coffee beans were the worst and coffee tastes terribly bad.

Nice breakfast, tasty, clean with sufficient varieties. Good staff, a bit overpriced.

We were told that the swimming pool is not open, but clearly we saw guests enjoying the pool, many bugs in the rooms, slow service.

The staff no one smiling except one lady in the restaurant they don’t speak English well At the reception at the check-in no informations given so they forgot to treat clients as their first time there because it was… I asked for checkout at 3 pm the night before SOSO said ok he will inform the team they called me twice the morning after in the same hour to ask me to checkout so they don’t have coordination between the teams which was disturbingWorking in hotels is serving costumers so they need to know that .

Scammed by staff, booked a deluxe queen room but was given regular small room. the curtains don't close all the way and light shines in from the side towards the bed. Toilet mirror light turns on and off randomly.

Worst experience! Nothing

WORST EXPERIENCE we booked 2 rooms in this hotel from 24 till 29 april, assuming it’s a reputable hotel chain by WYNDHAM. when we first arrived i booked a queen sea view room and its the most expensive room there they got me twin beds one with no balcony and i already chose one that must match the photos atleast. i told them the problem and they said it’s a system glitch. right after they changed my room. The doors needed maintenance and they had technical issues throughout my stay which required us to call them every time we needed to open the doors. they didn’t clean my room for the first 2 days and spiders were all over the rooms in the hotel. On the third day we were going on a trip and my girl grabbed a bottle of water in the morning from the hotel’s minibar inside our room, yet it wasn’t water, it was a water bottle but filled with soap instead. She drank from it and we rushed to the hospital because she started vomitting. i lost the prepaid money for the trip we previously booked on that day because she was vomitting. When we came back from the hospital i asked for a refund for both rooms. They refunded only for 1 room which didn’t cover the money i lost because of this incident!

it was booked Queen suit with 2 single beds, but Gino Seaside provided one king size bed.

The view, location, room size.

The hotel has all required amenities. The view over the lake is beautiful.The breakfast is basic but convinient.

It is quite distant from Tblisi (30 mins to the city center and we need either a rental car or a taxi (bolt!) to pick us up.The hotel is quite run down, the rooms are ok but I would not rate it 5* at all.
